In 2013, we established our first of five Cleveland area hearing aid offices at Ridge Park Square in Brooklyn. As a Zounds franchisee, our patients only had access to hearing aids designed and manufactured by Zounds. As time passed, we saw as the best way to provide top-quality products to our patients was to expand our offerings to other hearing aid manufacturers. In order to be the best we could be for you, in 2017 we began the arduous task of separating from our franchisor and redefining ourselves.
In early 2018, we made it official and changed our name to Hearing Plus. From a day to day standpoint and from most patients’ perspective, we’re still the same great team of hearing care professionals. We are still able to maintain and perform some in-office repairs of Zounds hearing aids. But, we now offer superior products from international brands such as Signia (Siemens), Phonak, Widex, and ReSound.
